The NSW Governments Boating Infrastructure Maintenance Program supports councils, community groups, and the private sector to conduct repair and maintenance works on public boating infrastructure, helping keep facilities safe, accessible and in good working order.
The program aims to improve the condition of existing boating infrastructure by returning it to its optimal operating condition and extending the benefits these assets provided to the community.
“This program focuses on essential maintenance and repair works that improve safety and accessibility for all boaters by addressing deterioration and wear and tear of public boating facilities.” Mr Crouch said
“Boating on the Central Coast is extremely popular and it is vitally important that our boating facilities are safe and fit for purpose.”
Applications open 21 September and close 30 October 2026 and up to $50,000 can be provided for repair and/or maintenance works per asset with up to a maximum of $100,000 per applicant.
