Families across the Central Coast are invited to enjoy a night of free entertainment and community connection this Friday the 26th of September, with The Lego Movie screening under the stars at the Terrigal Beach foreshore.
This occasion has been cordially hosted by the Central Coast Council for anyone willing to enjoy a night of fun and enjoyment.
The event kicks off from 4:00 pm, with free family-friendly entertainment including circus performances by Round About Circus, face painting, and roving performers. The feature film will begin at 6:00 pm.
The Member for Terrigal Adam Crouch welcomed the initiative, saying it’s a great way to bring people together in a relaxed, wholesome atmosphere.
“This is a fantastic way for families to enjoy a fun night out without any cost,” Mr. Crouch said.
“Terrigal Beach is the perfect location for an event like this – a beautiful setting, a strong sense of community, and plenty of local businesses ready to welcome visitors.”
Attendees are encouraged to bring rugs and cushions, enjoy the entertainment, and support local cafes, restaurants, and food vendors by grabbing dinner or take-away before the film starts.
“I’m proud to support events that activate our public spaces, encourage people to get out and about, and support our hardworking local businesses.”
“Our community thrives when we come together and events like this remind us just how lucky we are to call this place home,” said Mr. Crouch.
