New Community Hall A Trademark Of Former Government’s Investment Into The Regions

Member for Terrigal Adam Crouch has welcomed the opening of the new community hall at Norah Head, saying the hall represents the focus the former Liberal National government had on the Central Coast.

“I’m delighted that Central Coast Council has opened the new Community Hall and playground at Norah Head which was funded to the amount of $935,000 under the former Liberal-National government’s Stronger Country Communities Fund.”

“I was proud to provide my support for Council’s application for funding and it’s great to see this piece of community infrastructure delivered.”

“This brand-new community hall will be a welcome addition to the community, and everyone will be excited to put the hall and playground to use.”

“Under the Liberal-National government’s Stronger Country Communities Fund, the Central Coast received millions of dollars in funding for community infrastructure, like the Norah Head Community Hall because we recognised the importance of community infrastructure to our society.”

“Sadly, this program received constant criticism from the Labor MPs on the Central Coast, despite the Entrance, Wyong and Gosford electorates receiving millions of dollars of investment for valuable community infrastructure just like this.” said Mr Crouch.
